This year is off to a great start in the 4/5 classroom!

The 4/5s having fun at Camp Chingachgook!

The 4/5s made their own unique Native American dreamcatchers.
Their dreamcatchers are hanging next to their Hopes & Goals for the year.

Legend has it that dreamcatchers can be used to help reach goals by capturing and making good use of positive ideas and dreams.

Students enjoyed a Classroom Scavenger Hunt during the first few days of school.

Partners created collaborative summer memory posters.

Moving Up to Middle School Bowling

Grades 5 through 7 students had a wonderful time bowling after school.  They encouraged one another and shared many laughs during this fun moving up to middle school event.

Math 4 students tackled some very complex equations containing fractions.  It’s great to see the students push themselves and willing to take academic risks!
